51. Sleep – Children ages 11 to 12 need almost 13 hours of sleep a night. Adults need a minimum of seven hours to fully function.

52. Create a manual binder – Keep the fridge, stove, and TV manuals in it. Use plastic page protectors that the manuals can slide right in.

53. Clean up that mail box – Eliminate most of your junk mail.

54. Divide and conquer – Break your task into sections. Every 15 to 30 minutes, take a break and do something else.

71. Take a mini vacation – Take the kids to the park for lunch and don’t go back to work for the afternoon.

72. Make lists - Don’t try to keep it straight in your head. You can create a master to-do list on Google or in your e-mail software.

74. Make two file folders - Label one ‘Bills to pay’ and the other ‘paid bills’. Go through the bills to pay folder once a week and transfer to the paid folder. Through out any paid bills older than 3 months.
